Project Manager-STEP (Based at Bangladesh Country Office of Plan International Bangladesh) Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organization that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. The Role: The Project Manager will be responsible to coordinate with the Consortium members and lead the project management and ensuring technical guidance to the implementing partner. She/he will ensure the quality implementation of the project, donor reporting, and documentation. The job holder will identify the essential requirements of organization system development, help partners to improve those systems and build the technical capacity of the project staff members throughout the project implementation process. She/he will maintain compliance, program quality standards, and administrative and financial requirements of Plan International and the donor. She/he will be responsible for promoting collaborative relationships, networking, and advocating project approaches to the concerned authority, departments, and like-minded organizations at the divisional and district level.
