Officer – Security Department (Officer-PO)


Job Context


As Security officer at NRB Bank Limited, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive security strategy to safeguard the bank`s assets, personnel, and information. Your role will involve assisting security personnel, developing security protocols, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a safe and secure environment.


Job Responsibilities
• Security Strategy: Develop and execute a holistic security strategy that aligns with the bank’s goals, ensuring the protection of physical assets, information, and personnel.
• Personnel Management: Lead and manage the security team, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring a high standard of professionalism and discipline.
• Security Protocols: Design, implement, and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks, prevent unauthorized access, and respond effectively to security incidents.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and conduct regular risk assessments to proactively address threats and vulnerabilities.
• Crisis Management: Develop and oversee crisis management plans, including emergency response procedures, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Surveillance Systems: Manage and maintain surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarm systems to monitor and protect bank facilities.

• Masters/ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Preferably law enforcement background
