We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in their careers. Applicants must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Efficient and flawless deposit and withdrawal of cash within the shortest possible time.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless service in cash area.
- Achievement of business target set by the management.
- Awareness about fake notes, fraudulent transaction and money laundering while providing service.
- Maintenance/ Cash loading / Reconciliation of ATM.

Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduate or Pass Course in any discipline with CGPA not below 2.50 in a scale of 4 or minimum 2nd class or equivalent.
- SSC & HSC GPA at least 3.00 out of 5.00 or equivalent.
- “O” level result must have at least 5 Cs or above and “A” level result must have at least 2 Cs or above.
Additional Requirements
- Dedicated, self-motivated and career focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent ability in speaking and writing both Bangla and English
- Proficiency in computer literacy & sound analytical ability
- Age not over 30 years as on March 25, 2020.

Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary
- The position offers a monthly consolidated salary of BDT 40,000.00 during the probation period (plus risk allowance of BDT 1,500.00).
- On successful completion of one-year of probation, the Tellers will be confirmed as Assistant Officers (Cash) and will be entitled for a monthly salary of BDT 50,250.00 (including all yearly pay) plus other admissible benefits.
Other Benefits
All selected candidates upon confirmation will be entitled for the following benefits:
- Life and Health Insurance Coverage at Bank’s cost.
- Performance Bonus based on annual appraisal.
- Eid Bonus, Boishakhi Bonus and Profit Bonus.
- Other admissible benefits as per Bank’s policy.
