How many sperms does an adult male have during intercourse?
Science says that the amount of semen that an adult healthy man ejaculates once has 400 million sperms.
These 40 million sperms rush towards the mother’s uterus like crazy, only 300-500 sperms survive. And the rest get tired or defeated on the way and die.
These are the 300-500 sperm that have managed to reach the egg. Only one of them fertilizes the ovum, or implants in the ovum. That lucky sperm is either you or me, or all of us.
