Manager, Sales Operation & Admin

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure administrative compliance of sales admin and field team.

• Ensure individual team productivity, a daily KPI & reporting to Management.

• Ensure daily sales as a sales target from the sales team and process the information for approval and coordination of invoicing (DO process) systems.

* To prepare different types of analytical reports (Daily, weekly & Monthly) related to sales and distribution as per requirement of senior management.

• Update daily secondary & stock status through automation.

• Confirm and communicate on party balance (quantity, value etc) to all members of the sales team and prepare documents & information for party balance reconciliation.

• To collect market information of competitive brands and submit it to the management.

• Salesforce support: timesheets, logistics requirements, market information format, TA/DA bill processing etc.

• Sales target & achievement reports undelivered and delivered status, daily sales update (value, quantity) as on date. 

•Party-wise deposit confirmation reconciled with sales employee and forward it to the accounts department for balance confirmation (daily basis)

•Different types of communication (Format, market information, delivery schedule etc) with the members of the sales team as directed by senior management.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• At least 8 year(s) (minimum 5 years in same field)

•The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• Sales Admin, Sales Operations.

•The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

* Automobile, Cement Industry, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG).

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 30 years

• Ability to prioritize my own workload.

•Strong communication & adaptability skills.

•Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite & Automation.

• An administrative or sales background.

• Must be detail oriented.
