To further the advancement of IT, the company is looking for an experienced candidate capable of coordinating and managing the technical and managerial aspect of the IT team.

Position Title: Manager/ Senior Manager, IT

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead the development and implementation processes for the organization’s IT systems.
• Schedule, organize, and assign projects to members of the IT team.
• Lead the understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system validation.
• Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
• Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
• Facilitate IT security audits or investigations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Coordinate multisite IT systems through enterprise resource planning (ERP).
• Constantly monitor the progress and report to Head of IT.

Prerequisite to apply:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• At least 14 years of experience in related field with 6 years of managerial experience.
