- Identify organization’s improvement areas and refining its performance, culture and structure.
- Designing and implementing performance management programs
- Analyzing various data and creating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Partnering with the back office to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of business.
Experience:
Minimum 7-8 years experience in Human Resources
Education :
MBA/Master’s degree in HRM
