Marie Stopes Bangladesh is looking for a General Manager – Clinic Operations to drive MSB’s commercially driven clinical network and other service delivery outlets to generate income to lead to a sustainable organization. S/he is a key decision maker using performance data to create action in line with organizational priorities whilst ensuring the quality standard as per national and international protocol. S/he will provide direction, leadership and overall direction in the day-to-day operations including the social marketing & contact center. This post will report to Country Director, MSB and based on Head Office, Dhaka. Job Title:-  Marie Stopes Bangladesh NGO Name of  Post:- GENERAL MANAGER, CLINIC OPERATIONS Marie Stopes Bangladesh NGO Job  Key Role:  Responsible for meeting goals of the clinical channel of MSB and ensure sustainable business growth through adaptation of Commercial Business strategies and Practices. Regular analysis of clinical channel performance against goals and objectives for clinics using regular performance reports, assessing and analyzing results, and develop specific actions directly related to business development and growth, consistently across all clinics. Identify opportunities for ongoing growth and development of clinics and the clinic network and develop action plans to integrate learning’s into channel. Encourage a culture of passion and commitment to drive exemplary client experiences in clinics and a focus on business growth. Ensure high standard of clinical and operational protocol as well as patient confidentiality and safety benchmarks. Develop and implement feasible business cases that could be part of MSB’s commercial venture Maintain fiscal responsibility for departmental operations. Direct the development, implementation, and evaluation of department budget. Integrate financial information for use in clinical resource management.  Ensure high quality service standards of clinics are maintained and high level of client satisfaction is always achieved. Oversight of organizational marketing and responsible for generating and improving MSB brand awareness, demand creation strategies and client referral networks.
