Educational Requirements

Masters / Post Graduate from a reputed University
Academic career–এ কোনো third class/division গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়
Minimum GPA 2.5 (in 4 scale) এবং 3.0 (in 5 scale)

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience as Branch Manager in any reputed private commercial bank
Corporate branch experience will be considered as an added advantage
Applicants must have prior experience in Banking Sector

Additional Requirements

Strong knowledge in Branch Management, Banking Operations & Business Development
Excellent Customer Relationship skill and ability to expand customer base
Good understanding of Foreign Trade, Investment Risk Analysis & Core Risks
Ability to identify new business opportunities and market potentials
Must ensure compliance & regulatory guidelines in all branch operations
Experience in Shariah Banking will be considered as extra qualification
Age limit: Within 50 years (as of 15.12.2025)
