- Engineering background preferably in the fields of Textile/Spinning/Production Technologies with a business degree/MBA and/or internationally recognized certification in project management
Officer (SO-FAVP) Garments Department, CRM Division
- Minimum Graduate, preferably in business background/apparels merchandising
Experience:-
Head of CRM(Executive Level)
- Minimum 15 Years
- At least 15 year(s) in banking experience and out of which 10 years’ experience in Credit function.
Project Manager, CRM Division
- Minimum 12 Years
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in commercial banks with at least 6 years in credit risk management and/ or corporate banking division as credit manager/relational manager
- Proven working experience as a project Manager/supervisor in RMG industry is preferred
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Officer (SO-FAVP) Garments Department, CRM Division
- Minimum 8 Years
- Minimum 8 years experience in banking (preferably in credit department) and at least 03 years experience in working at Garments Department/Credit Department with adequate exposure in handling RMG clients

Job Responsibilities:-
Head of CRM (Executive Level)
- Develop & implement of key Credit Risk policies and ensure that the business operates in line with risk appetite and policy approved by the Board of Directors.
- Ensure in depth analysis and minimization of risk factors of all credit proposals (new loans, renewal, enhancement, rescheduling etc.) to be received from the branches/business process management division.
- Ensure that the credit proposal has been duly analyzed as well as recommended by the branch in conformity with the Credit policy, guidelines and credit norms of our Bank, Bangladesh Bank.
- Ensure full disclosure and comply all necessary rules, regulations & circulars while processing any proposal.
- Ensure that recommendation falls under the purview of bank’s lending cap, industry cap, industry preference, liquidity preference, tenure preference and other considerable factors to ensure mobilizing of quality assets.
- Build and maintain close cross-functional working relationships across the business to ensure that Risk Management Principles are understood and incorporated into plans and ensure effective credit risk management process.
- Monitoring and controlling the nature and compositions of the Bank’s Credit portfolio with a view to identify problematic accounts that require remedial action and that appropriate action is recommended to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
- Managing total credit risk management and administration, which encompasses credit risk assessment, approval process and supervising the credit team at Head Office Level.
- All other related jobs required to run CRM Division.

- Practical Knowledge on schedule preparations, Pre-planning, resource forecasting, and other technical activities relating to the project
- Technical skills related to requirement analysis, design skills, manufacturing methods, a procedure, technical understanding, the state of art technology and documentation skills
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in entire supply chain of industry
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Should be able to identify potential borrowers and visit them for business growth. Regular visits of existing clients to be carried on for close monitoring and support
Job Responsibilities:-
Officer (SO-FAVP) Garments Department, CRM Division
- In-depth analysis & scrutinizing of credit proposals of RMG clients received from branches in line with the Bank’s Credit Policy, guidelines, regulations and credit norms of the Bank, Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.
- Identify the different risks factors like financial risk, business/industry risk, management risk, security risk, relationship risk, marketing risk etc. while analyzing credit memo of RMG client.
- Prepare credit memo for the managements of the bank complying all the regulatory guidelines and in accordance with credit policy of the bank.
- Issuing sanction letter of approved credit facility(ies) to the concerned Branch stipulating all standard terms and conditions and in accordance with the special terms and conditions stipulated by the sanctioning authority.
- Follow up and monitor the business performance of RMG Clients (i.e. utilization of limit, export & import, status of shipment in line with export order etc.) on weekly basis.
- Periodical (monthly & quarterly basis) health analysis (i.e. status of overdue, Forced Loans, short shipment, canceled export order, stock lots, overall coverage against non-funded & funded liabilities etc.) of the existing RMG client to early identify of the potential crisis and report to the Head of Department for taking remedial measures.
- Maintaining correspondence with the Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities as and when required for different issues of the RMG clients.
