Position: Senior Manager – Risk Management Division Job Grade: Senior Assistant Vice President to Vice President Key Job Responsibilities: ★ Collecting and analyzing data for identifying risks and making appropriate recommendations for risk mitigation.★ Ensuring timely submission of risk management reports, making minutes, compliance report and other reports to BB.★ Monitoring Loan portfolio to ensure good quality asset growth.★ Monitoring loan portfolio to ensure good quality asset growth.★ Monitoring credit concentration and ensuring compliance of internal limit.★ Supervision of Stress Testing and Duration Gap Analysis.★ Assuring submission of Money Market limit Risk Reports and FEX limit Risk Reports are done on time.★ Monitoring Nostro A/C Reconciliation of the Bank and providing Certificates and submitting to Bangladesh Bank.★ Ensuring Capital Management functions of the Bank are in line with Basel III Guidelines.★ Highlight the risky areas/portfolio of the Bank and take initiatives for corrective measures to mitigate the risks.★ Communicating and building rapport with concerned authority.★ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank. Educational Requirements: * MBM/Master’s in Business, Economics, Statistics or relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no Third Division in academic records.★ Candidates having FRM, CFA or CERM will be given preference. Experience Requirements: ★ Minimum 8 (Eight) year(s) working experience in leading commercial Bank and at least 4 (Four) years in the field of Risk Management and 4 (Four) years in the field of Credit Risk Management.
