Job Responsibilities
• Supervise/Monitor the operations of all owned showrooms/retails & distribution of small appliance, medium appliance, Home appliance, Cookeries Appliance & all range of consumer electronics item.
• Build company image/goodwill which leads to sustainable growth and profitability
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, business ethics, and codes of conduct and ensures that they are timely communicated and properly implemented within the team.
• Achieve significant share of market size.
•Ensuring ROI of each SBU’s.
• Optimizing man-hour efficiency implementing KPI.
• Lead to achieve sales target of Plaza/Showroom division individually.
• Proactively engaging & managing team to achieve micro & macro business KPI
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Post Graduation/MBA from any reputed public/Private University.
Experience Requirements:-
• At least 18 year(s)
•The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Marketing, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Furniture, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements:-
• Age at least 42 years
• Proven track record in Plaza/Showroom network.
• Candidates having a good academic background will get extra preference.
• Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
- Candidates experienced in selling electronics products will get preference.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Problem solving aptitude.
•Ability to work under pressure.
•Mentality to extended hours.
