- Proven experience as CEO or AMD/DMD at least 10 years in insurance company. Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, finance, IT etc.. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Masters in business administration or relevant field (ACIIABIA.)
- age should not be more than 55.

- M.Com/MBA in Accounting / Finance, FCA highly desirable.10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in Life Insurance business.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the Head of organization.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
- Sound knowledge and experience on IAS and IFRS, Accounting software, Corporate financial reporting and preparation of Financial statements.
- Age should not be more than 50.

- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in CSE from a reputed public/private university. At least 10 years of practical experience in a public listed company.
- Sound knowledge and experience on IT Infrastructure, IT System Management, System Head of IT Administration, ERP Management. He should be able to work under pressure and need to be competent on service oriented company’s operation.
