- Internal Audit & Compliance:
- প্রতিষ্ঠানের IT এবং সিস্টেম অডিট করা / Conduct IT & system audits of the organization
- নিয়ন্ত্রন প্রক্রিয়া (Control Processes) পর্যবেক্ষণ করা / Monitor internal control processes
- Reporting & Documentation:
- অডিট রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা এবং ম্যানেজমেন্টকে উপস্থাপন করা / Prepare audit reports and present to management
- সিস্টেম সংক্রান্ত ডকুমেন্টেশন বজায় রাখা / Maintain system-related documentation
- Risk Assessment:
- সম্ভাব্য ঝুঁকি চিহ্নিত করা / Identify potential IT risks
- ঝুঁকি হ্রাসের জন্য পরামর্শ প্রদান / Recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Support & Collaboration:
- অন্যান্য বিভাগের সাথে সহযোগিতা করা / Collaborate with other departments
- অডিট প্রক্রিয়া সহজ ও কার্যকর করা / Ensure audit processes are efficient and effective

- তথ্য প্রযুক্তি ও তথ্য নিরাপত্তার ভালো জ্ঞান / Strong knowledge in IT & information security
- অভ্যন্তরীণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও অডিটিং প্রক্রিয়ার অভিজ্ঞতা / Experience in internal control and auditing
- বিশ্লেষণাত্মক ও সমস্যা সমাধানের দক্ষতা / Analytical & problem-solving skills
- দায়িত্বশীল এবং সতর্ক / Responsible & vigilant
- কম্পিউটার দক্ষতা (MS Office, Audit Tools) / Computer proficiency (MS Office, Audit Tools)
💼 অভিজ্ঞতা / Experience
- সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার / Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience
- ১–২ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা যথেষ্ট / 1–2 years of practical experience preferred
