| Major Responsibilities:- * Job Description- # Formulate brand communication and campaign plans in line with yearly brand and business objectives # Brief the creative agency on required communication solutions and campaigns while providing the needed consumer and product insights and direction for developing communication plans across all relevant touchpints- # Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as and when necessary for gathering information and alignment. # Facilitate and manage corporate communications, internal employer branding projects, external communication needs, and any other brand related solutions for internal stakeholders # Encourage and direct the agency to explore and present ideas for brand development across all touch points. # Academic Qualification– Graduate degree (preferably in Marketing/Media & Communication) from a UGC Approved University # Job Experience Required- 3-5 years working experience in brand communication or marketing with a good knowledge of brand management, agency management, and digital marketing # Required Capabilities- Good understating of brand management, brand portfolio management, brand positioning, consumer insights, consumer engagement, and campaign planning # Good understanding of media and communication touch points including digital # Insight driven: understanding consumer psyche, behavior, and trends- # Storytelling ability with good presentation and interpersonal skills # Eager to learn and grow both on and off the job # Holistic thinking in terms of strategy formulation and go-to-market planning # Work as a team player or self-starter based on the situation with good collaboration skills # Resourceful and solution-driven: manage and pivot strategies and approaches when necessary to address bottlenecks and problems |
