We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer (PHP/Laravel) to join our dynamic tech team in Gulshan-2, Dhaka.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend services using PHP (Laravel framework).
- Design and maintain secure RESTful APIs and database schemas (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- Ensure high-quality, clean, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the QA and DevOps teams for smooth deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Work closely with Front-End Developers to integrate APIs and UI components.
🎓 Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
💼 Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in backend development using PHP/Laravel.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, ORM frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Git, security best practices, and scalable architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Salary: ৩০,০০০ – ৪০,০০০ টাকা (অভিজ্ঞতার ভিত্তিতে)
