যাকাত বন্টনের নির্ধারিত ৮টি খাত যাকাত বন্টনের নির্ধারিত যে ৮টি খাত রয়েছে সে গুলোর বিস্তারিত :- ফকির- ফকির হলো সেই ব্যক্তি যার নিসাব পরিমাণ সম্পদ নেই। যে ব্যক্তি রিক্তহস্ত, অভাব মেটানোর যোগ্য সম্পদ নেই, ভিক্ষুক হোক বা না হোক, এরাই ফকির। যেসব স্বল্প সামর্থ্যের দরিদ্র মুসলমান যথাসাধ্য চেষ্ট করা সত্ত্বেও বা দৈহিক অক্ষমতাহেতু প্রাত্যহিক ন্যায়সঙ্গত প্রয়োজনটুকু মেটাতে পারে না, তারাই ফকির। কারো মতে যার কাছে একবেলা বা একদিনের খাবার আছে সে ফকীর। মিসকীন – মিসকীন সেই ব্যক্তি যার কিছুই নেই, যার কাছে একবেলা খাবারও নেই। যেসব লোকের অবস্থা এমন খারাপ যে, পরের নিকট সওয়াল করতে বাধ্য হয়, নিজের পেটের আহারও যারা যোগাতে পারে না, তারা মিসকীন । মিসকীন হলো যার কিছুই নেই, সুতরাং যার কাছে প্রয়োজনের অতিরিক্ত নিসাব পরিমাণ অর্থ সম্পদ নেই, তাকে যাকাত দেয়া যাবে এবং সেও নিতে পারবে। তবে লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে, ফকির বা মিসকীন যাকেই জাকাত দেয়া হবে, সে যেন মুসলমান হয়। আমেলীন- ইসলামি সরকারের পক্ষে লোকদের কাছ থেকে যাকাত, উসর প্রভৃতি আদায় করে বায়তুল মালে জমা প্রদান, সংরক্ষণ ও বন্টনের কার্যে নিয়োজিত ব্যক্তিবর্গ। এদের পারিশ্রমিক যাকাতের খাত থেকেই আদায় করা যাবে। কোরআনে বর্ণিত আটটি খাতের মধ্যে এ একটি খাতই এমন, যেখানে সংগৃহীত যাকাতের অর্থ থেকেই পারিশ্রমিক দেয়া হয়। এ খাতের বৈশিষ্ট্য হলো এতে ফকীর বা মিসকীন হওয়া শর্ত নয়। পক্ষান্তরে, অবশিষ্ট ৫টি খাতে দরিদ্র ও অভাবগ্রস্থ দূরীকরণে যাকাত আদায় শর্ত।চিত্ত জয় করার জন্য- নতুন মুসলিম যার ঈমান এখনো পরিপক্ক হয়নি অথবা ইসলাম গ্রহণ করতে ইচ্ছুক অমুসলিম। যাদের চিত্ত (দ্বীন ইসলামের প্রতি আকর্ষণ করে) আকর্ষণ ও উৎসাহিত করণ আবশ্যকীয় মনে করে যাকাত দান করা হয়, যাতে তাদের ঈমান পরিপক্ক হয়। এ খাতের আওতায় দুঃস্থ নওমুসলিম ব্যক্তিদের যাকাত প্রদানের ব্যাপারে ফকিহরা অভিমত প্রদান করেছেন। ক্রীতদাস/বন্দী মুক্তি- এ খাতে ক্রীতদাস-দাসী/বন্দী মুক্তির জন্য যাকাতের অর্থ ব্যয় করা যাবে। অন্যায়ভাবে কোনো নিঃস্ব ও অসহায় ব্যক্তি বন্দী হলে তাকেও মুক্ত করার জন্য যাকাতের অর্থ ব্যয় করা যাবে। বর্তমান সময়ে ক্রীতদাস প্রথা বিলুপ্ত হওয়ায় এই খাতটি আর বিবেচ্য নয়। ঋণগ্রস্থ- এ ধরনের ব্যক্তিকে তার ঋণ মুক্তির জন্য যাকাত দেয়ার শর্ত হচ্ছে- সেই ঋণগ্রস্থের কাছে ঋণ পরিশোধ পরিমাণ সম্পদ না থাকা। আবার কোনো ইমাম এ শর্তারোপও করেছেন যে, সে ঋণ যেন কোনো অবৈধ কাজের জন্য- যেমন মদ কিংবা নাজায়েয প্রথা অনুষ্ঠান ইত্যাদির জন্য ব্যয় না করে। আল্লাহর পথে- সম্বলহীন মুজাহিদের যুদ্ধাস্ত্র/সরঞ্জাম উপকরণ…

ফারুকীর হাত ধরে নাটকে অশ্লীল ভাষা শুরু হয়েছে: আবদুল্লাহ রানা বাংলা নাটকের একটা সময় ছিল স্বর্নালী যুগ। গল্পের গাঁধুনি কিংবা অভিনেতা-অভিনেত্রীদের অভিনয়ের দক্ষতা দর্শকদের মুগ্ধ করত। যে নাটকগুলো এখনো দর্শকের হৃদয়ে দাগ কেটে আছে। তবে এখনকার অধিকাংশ নাটকই যেন সস্তা বিনোদন। ভাইরালের নেশা যেন সবাইকে পেয়ে বসেছে। দিনকে দিন কিভাবে হলো বাংলা নাটকের এ হাল। তা নিয়ে একটি বেসরকারি টেলিভিশনের সাক্ষাৎকারে কথা বলেছেন জ্যেষ্ঠ অভিনেতা আবদুল্লাহ রানা। জনপ্রিয় নির্মাতা মোস্তফা সরয়ার ফারুকীর হাত ধরে নাটকে অশ্লীল ভাষা শুরু হয়েছে বলে জানান তিনি। ষাটের দশকে বাংলা নাটকের জোয়ার শুরু হয় বাংলাদেশ টেলিভিশনে। যে জোয়ারে বুঁদ হয়েছে অগণিত দর্শক। আগেরকার নাটকে ছিল পারিবারিক বন্ধন, শালীন ভাষা ও সামাজিক শিক্ষা। সবকিছু মিলিয়ে নাটক হয়ে উঠেছিল জীবনেরই এক অংশ। তবে এখনকার অধিকাংশ নাটক হয়ে উঠেছে সস্তা এক বিনোদনের অনুসঙ্গ। সবাই যেন ছুটছে ভাইরালের নেশায়। যে ভাইরাস নাট্য ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে তৈরি করেছে সামাজিক অবক্ষয়ের। যে অবক্ষয়ের পাতায় পাতায় আছে অভিনেতা-অভিনেত্রীদের অভিনয়ের দক্ষতার অভাব, আশালীন ভাষা, ভালো গল্পের অভাব ও বাজেটের স্বল্পতা। সবকিছু মিলিয়ে খুঁড়ে খুঁড়ে চলছে এই নাট্য ইন্ডাস্ট্রি। একটি নাটক দর্শকদের সামনে সুন্দর করে ফুটিয়ে তুলে নাটকের ভাষা। নাটকের ভাষার বিকৃতি প্রসঙ্গে অনেকেই আঙ্গুল তুলেন নির্মাতা কাজল আরেফিন অমির দিকে। তবে অভিনেতা আবদুল্লাহ রানা সে আঙ্গুল ঘুরিয়ে প্রশ্ন তুললেন আরেক পরিচালক মোস্তফা সরয়ার ফারুকীর দিকে। ফারুকীর হাত ধরে নাটকে অশ্লীল ভাষা শুরু হয়েছে: আবদুল্লাহ রানা আরও কয়েক জনকে দায়ী করেন। ভাষা বিকৃতি ‘ব্যাচেলর পয়েন্ট’ নাটকে আছে উল্লেখ করে তিনি বলেন, ভাষার তেরোটা বাজানো মোস্তফা সরয়ার ফারুকী শুরু করেছিলেন। সেটির ধারাবাহিকতা এখনো চলছে। ভাষা বিকৃতি করে ফারুকী জনপ্রিয় হয়েছিলেন। অমিও জনপ্রিয় হয়েছেন। বিষয়টি এখন ভাষায় আটকে নেই। এটি এখন কনটেন্ট-এ আটকে আছে। এমন অভিযোগ প্রসঙ্গে জানতে মোস্তফা সরয়ার ফারুকীর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা হলে তিনি বলেন, আমার এগুলোর উত্তর দেওয়ার সময় নেই। এরপর তিনি ফোনটি কেটে দেন। অনেক সময় অভিযোগ উঠে তারকারা শুটিংয়ে দেরি করে ঢুকেন। যাতে বিপাকে পড়েন নির্মাতা। এই অভিযোগ প্রসঙ্গে খানিকটা ক্ষোপ নিয়ে পাল্টা প্রশ্ন রেখে অভিনেতা আবদুল্লাহ রানা বলেন, ইন্ডাস্ট্রি এখন ধ্বংসের পথে। এখন এই প্রশ্ন রেখে লাভই বা কী? বিশ্বের সবচেয়ে নোংরা মানব মারা গেছে তিনি আরও বলেন, ২৫ বছর আগেও নায়করা শুটিংয়ে ১টা কিংবা ২টার দিকে এসে সন্ধ্যায় চলে যেতেন। যা সবাই জানেন। সেই চর্চাটা এখনো চলছে। কোনদিন কেউ তাদের নিয়ে প্রশ্ন তুলেনি। সারাজীবন তাদের প্রশ্রয় দিয়ে গেল। যখন…
