| Key Accountabilities :- ★ Responsible & accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch ★ Rollout and implement the business plan, conduct follow up and monitoring to achieve planned business target and recovery. ★ Ensure new business development in coordination Head Office and regular customer visits and cross selling to existing customer base. ★ Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities ★ Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly and ensure customer service excellence ★ Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws ★ Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch ★ Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration ★ Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation Qualifications:- * Minimum graduate * Minimum 10 years’ experience in any reputed commercial bank with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Branch Manager * Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English * Excellent analytical skills * Local residence will get preference * Selected candidate will need to stay at respective branch area Deadline for Application Interested candidates are requested to apply for the above role by 18 May 2023 |
