Educational Requirements

Job Responsibilities
Context:
Social Micro Finance (SMF) is expanding its interest-free (zero-interest) business model across Bangladesh. The Marketing Executive will promote and sell the SMF Business Ledger to small and medium business owners.
Employment Type:
- Full-time / Part-time
- Remote & On-field options available
Workplace:
- Work from Home
- Office/Field (Market Visit, Shop Visit)
Core Responsibilities:
- Promote SMF Business Ledger among shop owners and SMEs
- Explain how the ledger helps maintain accounts and qualify for zero-interest financing
- Educate customers on Qarz Hasanah-based product financing (market-price products + zero interest + flexible installments)
- Record client feedback on Google Sheets (Interested / Not Interested / Follow-up)
- Maintain polite and professional communication
- Submit daily progress and weekly summary reports
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Visit shops, SMEs, and markets
- Demonstrate ledger using sample copies
- Promote zero-interest financing facility
- Submit daily market visit reports
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ৳11,000 (monthly, negotiable)
- T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
