Ways to avoid unhealthy foods.
We gain weight by eating fast food, junk food. Decreased immunity. Danger increases.
According to nutritionists, when 25 percent of a meal’s total calories come from protein, the tendency to eat unhealthy foods is reduced by about 60 percent. Therefore, it should be taken care that there is enough protein with every meal of the day. Being very hungry increases the craving for fried or processed food. So starving is not wise at all. If you eat healthy food when you are little hungry, the addiction to wrong food will be reduced
What is the way to cut the addiction?
1) If there is no shortage of water in the body, the urge to eat is a little less. So drink at least two and a half to three liters of water a day. Little by little, every now and then. In this case, you can rely on detox water.
2) Lack of sleep can increase addiction to fried or sweet foods. So try to sleep well. Sometimes, if you are tired from less sleep, drink a cup or two of black tea or coffee without sugar.
3) When stress increases, there is a strong desire to eat foods rich in glucose. But it lasts for 3-5 minutes. If you spend that time chatting and working, the danger is reduced.
Keep healthy snacks close at hand for light hunger pangs. Eat healthy cashews, peanuts or walnuts instead of chips. If you are not satisfied with that, you can eat a little popcorn or Makhana. If you have a chocolate addiction, replace milk chocolate with 70% coca-rich dark chocolate. Instead of candy or pastries, keep raisins or dates close at hand.
4) According to various studies, keeping chewing gum in the mouth reduces the addiction to sweet and salty foods. But it should be sugar-free.
