We are looking for a competent candidate to fill-up the following position:
Name of Post:- Manager-Marketing and Brand Communication
Job Descriptions:
- Collaborates with the Head of Marketing & Brand Communications for brand planning & communication strategy of Seven Rings Cement.
- Plan and deliver annual Marketing Communication plan including budgeting.
- Efficient and effective “Creative Agency Management” for timely and consistent communication material delivery with clear message and USP.
- Creating above-the-line communication for consumer engagement with appropriate tone of voice.
- Creating below-the-line communication like in-store branding, POSM, event creative’s, gifts and give aways etc for stakeholder engagement.
- Creating & updating corporate communication materials to use in all sorts of stakeholder interactions.
- Developing and managing contents for digital and social media communication for targeted audiences.
- Oversees and maintains external and internal publications like newsletter, company brochures and website.
- Develops appropriate public relations materials to foster company image.
- Managing media and production houses to execute campaigns.
- Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 8 year’s experience in brand communications in reputed Construction/Telecom/ FMCG industry with agency handling background.
- Good understating of consumer behavior, psychology, creative planning and implementation skill.
- Outstanding writing, editing, proof reading, layout and design, audiovisual, professional printing/publishing skills are essential. . Must be a confident communicator, team player and presenter.
- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Multitasking, superior project management and time management skills.
