| Educational Requirements Minimum qualification is Masters/Equivalent/04 years Graduation from any reputed university preferably in Mass Communication/ Journalism. Candidates having 3rd Division/Class in any examinations need not apply. | |
| Experience Requirements Banking experience: Minimum 16 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as Vice President or equivalent rank. Other experience: Must have proven experience and in-depth knowledge in mass communication, holding responsibility of press, publications and other media functions, ability to independently carry out public relations activities of the bank, arrange/prepare meeting, appointments, report writing, press release, press report, promotional advertisements of banking services & products and to deal with press/media. | |
| Other Requirements – Candidates are expected to apply through proper channel. – Employees of IBBL need not apply. – Candidates must not apply for more than one post. – Selected candidates shall have to execute a Surety Bond to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 03 (three) years. | |
| Age Limits Maximum 52 years for the post of Senior Vice President as on 31/05/2023. | |
| Salary & Allowances Selected candidates will be eligible for the bank’s regular scale of pay as admissible in the post. | |
