Name of the Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)-Software
| Duties and responsibilities: | Writing auxiliary programs for Core Banking, ATM Switching, ATM monitoring systems, Credit & Debit Card management systems, Mobile Banking, Agent Banking, Internet Banking, SMS & Alert Banking, Internet Payment Gateway, Bank’s day to day activities and support services including Database Administration. |
| Educational Qualification: | Educational qualification: B.Sc in Computer Science or Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed university with no 3rd Division/Class in any of the examinations. |
| Age: | Age should not exceed 30 years (maximum 32 years for the children of Freedom Fighters) as on March 25, 2020. |
| Other Requirements: | The candidate should be a Bangladeshi National. |
| Compensation & Benefits: | The selected Management Trainee Officer (MTO) will be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.55,000/-. They will be absorbed in the grade of ‘Senior Officer’ of the bank after successful completion of the probation period. |
