Position: Head of Agricultural & Rural Development Program

Job Grade: AVP to SAVP

Educational Requirements: MBM/Master’s in Business, Economics, Statistics or relevant subjects from leading Business School/ University with no third division in academic record. MS in Agri-Economics or relevant field from any reputed Agricultural University will get preference.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 8-12 years working experience in leading Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs) /Commercial Banks with 4 years of working experience in agricultural finance and rural development programs. Candidates with direct experience in developing and implementing defined business plan including development of distribution outlet, launch of product and services, end to end business model in the field of agriculture and rural development will be preferred.
