Job Context

• Role Overview: This role will be responsible for any kind of new establishment & facilities Management within the organization along with Maintaining liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description/Responsibility

• Create Architectural design(s) that meets the requirement of the organization and function.
• Carry out the renovation work according to the design and ensure that the design is implemented correctly.
• Prepare the Project BoQ and secure the necessary approvals.
• Work with the vendor to manage the renovation/project work to be delivered correctly.
• Develop a budget, timeline, and scope of work for the project.
• Coordinate and resolve issues that arise during/course of the project with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure the deliverables in time and within budget.
• Ensure effective Real Estate management, building management, and subsequent facility management.
• Any ad-hoc business requirement assigned by function/cross-functional units.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor/ Honors in Civil Engineering.

Additional Academic Requirements

• B.Sc in Architecture or Civil Engineering from reputed university.
• MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience is required.

Additional Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Architectural design/Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a Managerial role.
• On hand experience in Facility Management will be an added advantage
