We are looking for suitable candidates to apply for the following role:
Position:- Assistant Manager – ERP
DEPARTMENT/FUNCTION:- Business Systems
LOCATION:- Dhaka
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Functional and technical support to the ERP modules
2nd level application support for internal and external apps and portals
Vendor & partner management, issue escalates, follow up and ensure on-time delivery
Application testing, issue list, and follow-up with vendor & stakeholder
- Database Backup & restoration • Build & develop different reports for automation and bring the efficiency of different departments to
meet business needs.
- Report optimization through query modification.
EDUCATION
- Business graduate in CSE/CIS from any reputed university, local & abroad.
EXPERIENCE
⚫ 5-6 years in Development, DBA, Operations, ERP.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
- ERP knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics. • Understanding on Cloud Environment, Network knowledge, Database management and designing knowledge.
