Key responsibilities

•  Achieving value, volume and profitability target of the specified Area through supervising team members.
• Responsible to develop a balanced dealer network and acquire new business.
•  Use research and market intelligence data to provide competitive edge to the business.
•  Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all stake holders.
• Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
• Working closely with Dealers, Sub dealers, Retailers, Painters, Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers and Construction managers.
• Proper understanding & implementation of company policies and trade promotions
• Take prompt action to resolve all customer issues and complaints if any.
• Regular market visits, pursue new clients and report thereof of market activities on daily basis. •
• Monitoring the demand generation activities for ensuring secondary sales
•  Train & motivate the sales team & demand generation team

Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline from any reputed University.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on work experience in direct Sales in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) Cement/Steel industries/Building material industry, etc., preferably in a multinational company.
