Organization Development
Job Context
Perform organizational development activities under the guideline of Head of Human Resources to execute cultural change and performance management system aligned with Organizational Mission and Vision.
Job Description
• Coordinate various organization development initiatives through using modern HR tools and
techniques.
• Assist HR development issues with a focus on talent acquisition, talent retention, learning &
development and employer branding.
• Assist team leader to deliver HR Strategy & initiatives linking with people, process and
systems.
• Assist culture change projects throughout the organization to ensure better employee
experience.
• Prepare, review and develop HR policies and procedures to ensure they are relevant, up to date and reflective of best practice.
• Design and coordinate cultural surveys and submit reports to summaries findings recommendations of OD related initiatives.
• Assist team leader to prepare various reports and PPT regarding PMS, OD, Organization culture and other key HR areas.
Job Specifications
Education:-
BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from any reputed Public and Private University. MBA with MPHRM will get preference.
Experience:-
2-3 Years’ experience in HR focusing on OD. Freshers can also apply
Knowledge:-
Basic appreciation and working knowledge in implementing modern HR tools and techniques
